Prerequisite: Developing the Individual Athlete Level 1 In Person Course.

The Developing the Team Player In Person Clinic fulfills the live training requirement for Level 2 coach certification. Participants register for the workshop and attend live, in person, at the time of the event. Coaches must attend the full session in order to receive credit for attending.

Developing the Team Player teaches coaches tools necessary to teach team-based lacrosse skills. Centered on Athlete Development, this clinic will teach coaches how to teach team skills such as motion offense, crashing, sliding, transition play, effective communication, and related skills.

This clinic is taught using gamification. Coaches will be actively participating in games and drills. All skill levels are welcome; previous lacrosse playing experience is not required.

This workshop is designed for coaches of all levels of players.
