Level 3 Team Performance workshops are held by invitation only. Registrations are open only to those who hold a current, active Level 2 coach certification and who have received an email invitation sent by USA Lacrosse Coach Development. The Team-Performance Virtual Workshop provides coaches with tools needed to optimize player performance. Using an athlete-centered approach, discussion will build upon concepts taught in thesse Athlete Centered Coaching (L1) and Team Development (L2) Virtual Workshops.
This workshop is divided into two sessions. You must attend both in their entirety to receive credit for attending.

This discussion-based workshop is designed for coaches of advanced players. Age-appropriate discussions will be facilitated through breakout rooms. Prerequisite: Athlete Centered Coaching Virtual Workshop and Team Development Virtual Workshop, Current Level 2 (or higher) USA Lacrosse Coach certification. Please ensure you meet these prerequisites prior to registering. Coaches who do not meet one or more prerequisites will be removed from the course.

This workshop currently meets the instructional clinic (hands-on) requirement to USA Lacrosse's Level 3 Coach Certification.

Workshops will be held on zoom. USA Lacrosse reserves the right to reschedule any sessions with fewer than 8 coaches enrolled.
