Karen Blaine is a USA Lacrosse Clinician and Women's Game Education and Development Team, a Certified Trainer, and the PIAA Statewide rules interpreter for Girl's Lacrosse. Karen is also the co-host of the "LayersofLax" Podcast.

Jaime Martinez is also part of the Women's Game Education and Development Team, a Certified Trainer and a Coach of high school and club team in Nashville, TN

This webinar is focused on bridging the "ideal" vs "what's real." We will discuss ways to think about and deescalate potentially heated game situations. The session goal is to help girls' lacrosse officials stay calm and sure as managers of our game.
